Ignorance is the cause of suffering, ignorance is to believe in the existence of a self outside that is contrary to the truth that all phenomena are interdependent. Pain, lamentation, grief, sadness, desperation, born of this appropriation to itself, not everything is empty of existence clean, it's emptiness. This appropriation is a self which causes an ego which is the cause of suffering, attachment to a becoming, a pleasure that are only transitory factors because everything is impermanent, is empty of independent existence. This ignorance is the cause of mental training that are born with the consciousness of the six senses, they create physical and mental phenomena, which create an attachment desires, a becoming. Overall is emptiness, the self does not pretend otherwise is to create an attachment which created a desire of suffering at one time or another. This ownership creates a self-becoming, birth, old age, death and rebirth. be awake no longer flow created by a thinking ego, by the ignorance that believes in the existence of self.
